Our 20KW DC Charger station is suitable for both commercial and household use, and can handle high output well. It seems that the most important thing is how fast its charging speed is, using some new technologies to make everything faster. For example, in about 20 minutes, it can reach 80% of the car battery's charge, which means you can increase your range by over 100 kilometers without waiting too long.

 

This charger can easily connect to different interfaces such as CCS1, CCS2, GB/T, or CHAdeMO, and comes in single or dual chargers to meet customer needs.

 

High power fast charging, intelligent control

The intelligent control part serves as the main system, monitoring the charging situation in real time, handling power distribution and safety functions. Operators can centrally manage things from the backend, which sounds very convenient. Through the APP application, the charger can be started or stopped, timed charging can be set, and real-time billing data can be viewed. From research and development to delivery

Our 20KW DC Charger operates continuously for 120 hours in a high-temperature chamber with a humidity of 80% and a temperature of 50 degrees Celsius. It continuously monitors the real-time data of the charger and makes adjustments based on the data. The charger operates under high temperature and humidity conditions for 5 days to ensure rigorous testing and experimentation during the development phase of each product. After completing high temperature and high humidity tests, we often insert the charging gun head into the CCS1 or CCS2 interface to check for looseness, aging of copper pillars, ignition, and other issues. Each verification is a guarantee of the product. In extremely cold weather, work for 72 hours in an environment of minus 20 degrees Celsius, conduct a comprehensive inspection of product quality, test under various conditions such as charging temperature, and finally deliver to the user.

 

Automotive system production

We use the 16949 production standard of the automotive system to treat every charging cable as every lifeline, from crimping ear terminals on every wire, screwing screw terminals into every fixed space, assembling every waterproof ring, splicing the shell, conducting rigorous testing and aging experiments, and following the 16949 standard in every process to ensure the reliability, durability, and safety of every product, delivering every good product to customers.

You can also set the charging current and control the charging power. Our 50A charger has a current regulation range of 8A, 10A, 12A, 16A, 20A, 24A, 33A, 40, 46 and50, and a timed charging regulation range of 1H-12H.

 

OTA remote upgrade, abnormal monitoring

At the same time, we can also perform OTA far beyond the scope of upgrades to continuously optimize functionality and improve security.
