Intelligent 3.5kW EV Charger: Multi-Layer Protection for Ultimate Safety
Our 3.5kW charging gun features fifteen protection functions, including overvoltage, undervoltage, and leakage protection. Its intelligent temperature control monitors the onboard PCBA temperature. If a temperature rise is detected, the charging current is automatically adjusted. If the temperature still rises and reaches a certain threshold, power-off protection is triggered. Overvoltage detection triggers power-off protection, and overcurrent detection triggers multiple checks. If overcurrent is detected five times consecutively, permanent protection is triggered, waiting for power-on. If leakage is detected, power is immediately cut off within 30ms, ensuring stable operation of the electric vehicle charger and comprehensive charging safety during long-term charging scenarios.

How To Cooperate With Us?
Phase I: the first online meeting, in which both parties communicate to define your project requirements, application scenarios and performance indicators, as well as any specific requirements. Based on the communication, I will draft and review the product requirement specification, and define the technical parameter table of function, performance, appearance, protection grade, etc. We have more requirements and specifications, formulate technical implementation scheme, PCBA board, software functional architecture, key device selection, etc. The formulated project requirement table and technical documents shall be reviewed and confirmed by you before entering the next stage.
Phase II: detailed PCBA circuit design, software programming, production of testing machine and commissioning shall be carried out based on the confirmed technical scheme to verify whether all design functions are normal. Charging efficiency, temperature rise, withstand voltage, leakage, insulation resistance and other parameters shall be strictly tested according to the technical parameter table to ensure that they are within the design error range. Upon verification, the product shall be subject to long-time aging test to check its stability and durability. Analyze and correct any parameter deviations or design deficiencies based on test data to optimize hardware and software design.Through comprehensive test and optimization test machine, we will provide test report, product specification, technical document and parameter table. We'll make quick changes based on your review feedback until you're satisfied.
Phase III: After all modifications are confirmed, we will provide the final PCBA version and stable operating procedures. In case of any subsequent questions and minor adjustments after cooperation, we will still provide technical support.
